Privacy policy

This website belongs to Machmusoft Ryszard Machmudow (company details are in the footer). Below I explain what data it collects and what happens to it.

Contact form

When you send a message, the details you provide – name, e-mail address, optionally phone number, the selected project type and budget, and the message itself – are e-mailed to me. I use them only to reply and – if we decide to work together – to prepare an offer.

• Legal basis: your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• The website does not store messages in any database. Your message is passed by Cloudflare (the website's hosting provider) to my mailbox. I don't share it with other companies or use it for marketing.
• I delete messages when they are no longer needed, at the latest 12 months after our conversation ends, unless a contract or the law requires keeping them longer.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks technical information about your browser to tell people from bots. It loads only on the home page and is not used for advertising or tracking. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted together with the site.

Hosting and logs

The website is served by Cloudflare. With every connection Cloudflare may temporarily process technical details (such as IP address, time and page address) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Cloudflare may also process this data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO). To exercise these rights, write to me via the contact form or by e-mail.
